In August 2024, we launched Yay Nuts with zero following, zero revenue, and zero brand recognition. By the end of year one, we had crossed $2M in revenue and become the #1 nut brand on TikTok Shop. We didn't have the biggest budget — we had the best content system.
Before Scale House
Yay Nuts started from absolute zero:
- No audience: brand new account with no followers and no social proof
- No content playbook: no idea which formats, hooks, or creators would convert
